The story: from my childhood bedroom to systems

I don't tell this story because it's especially heroic. I tell it because it explains why I work the way I do today: I don't trust trends anymore, only processes you can repeat.

  1. The beginningAn ice cream café that others destroyed

My parents came to Germany from South America. My father barely spoke German and still built up an ice cream café. Other people wrecked it out of envy. After that, both of my parents worked full-time. That's when I knew I wanted to be the one who brings the money home.

  2. At 18Four attempts, four times nothing

Dropshipping, trading, memecoins, my own fashion brand. Months of work every time, nothing to show for it every time. In the end I was sitting in my childhood bedroom with five-figure debt. What I learned from it is in the journal: Four failed businesses at 18.

  3. The turnSystems instead of tactics

I wasn't short on effort, and I didn't need the next trend. What I was missing was a system that works without luck. So I stopped chasing hype and started building processes.

  4. The momentThe first clone

I watched an AI build a website in minutes. My thought: this isn't a tool, it's an employee. I built my first clone, offered it to businesses and landed my first projects.

  5. TodayBuilding so my father can stop

I build AI systems for my own companies and for businesses. My father is over 60 and still working. I build so he can stop. That's the most honest reason I have.

What I build

Five things I work on every day. All built with Claude by Anthropic and Claude Code, and all running in my own operations before I talk about them.

NextCore

Company

NextCore by M. De Luca builds and runs AI agents and automations for businesses: first as a build project, then as ongoing monthly support.

Clone Looping System

CLS · since July 2026

You build your own AI clone and rent it out to local businesses like a car. Shorthand: CTRL + L + $. Not a course to consume, a process to execute. No income promises.

The idea behind CLS · claude-erfolg.de (German-language community)

ESIS

Internal AI operating system

Runs on a Mac mini in the office. Reads along in team chats, writes daily reports, flags new inquiries instantly, summarizes the calendar and taps into my “Brain”, the company memory. Its own team of agents builds software on top of it.

Why I built ESIS

Jarvis

AI clone · Beta

My own AI clone, inspired by Iron Man: builds websites, finds prospects, writes first messages, works through to-dos and responds to voice.

How I'm building Jarvis

Coredex

CRM product

My own CRM product: contacts, conversations and next steps in one place, built from what I need in my own sales work.

On top of that, I run my own video engines: they cut raw footage into finished short videos and add subtitles and overlays automatically. That's how my videos on YouTube and Instagram get made.

What I build with

My most important tool is Claude by Anthropic (German), above all Claude Code. I don't come from classic software development, I come from sales. That's exactly why it matters to me that a system isn't just a demo but runs in day-to-day work: mornings, evenings, weekends, without anyone sitting next to it.

One example I measured: the agent team inside ESIS built two software projects for 52 and 114 US dollars in model costs. I write numbers like these down because they show what an agent actually costs, not what a brochure promises. How to calculate that is covered in What does an AI agent cost? (German).

Principles

I'm not a guru and I don't want to be one. The words I use to describe myself are simpler: contrarian thinker, founder, systems builder, son. What that means day to day:

  • Output over theory. I show what runs. Anything I haven't built or measured myself, I call an estimate.
  • No income promises. Not on this site and not in CLS. What you control is the work, the conversations and the execution, not the number in your bank account.
  • In sales, emotion beats systems. My scripts are deliberately linear, one thread from A to Z, no flowcharts. The conversation stays with the human. AI handles preparation, follow-up and analysis. More on that: Why emotion beats systems.
  • Systems over luck. A process that works once has to work a second time without me standing next to it. Otherwise it isn't a system.
